FAQ

Our surf school in Tenerife stands out for its personalized approach and experienced instructors. We strive to provide a memorable and safe surfing experience for all skill levels. Unlike larger surf schools, we prioritize quality over quantity. We intentionally keep our class sizes small to provide individualized attention to each participant. This allows our experienced instructors to tailor lessons to your skill level, ensuring you receive the best possible instruction.

Booking a surf lesson is easy! Simply visit our booking page, choose the date and time that suits you, and follow the straightforward booking process. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our friendly staff for assistance.

We recommend bringing a swimsuit, sunscreen (best is to apply this half an hour before going into the sun), a towel and a positive attitude! We provide all the necessary surf equipment, including boards and wetsuits.

Absolutely! Our surf school caters to all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced surfers. Our instructors will tailor the lesson to your abilities and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our surf lessons are suitable for participants of all ages. However, minors (under 16) should have parental consent. We prioritize safety and maintain a low instructor-to-student ratio to provide individualized attention. For kids lessons we usually advise private or semi-private surf lessons.

While we don’t offer transportation, we can recommend reliable local options. Our school is easily accessible, and we’ll provide directions to ensure you reach us hassle-free.

We understand that plans can change. As a small company, we kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible. Since we don’t require a downpayment, cancellations significantly impact our operations. Your cooperation is appreciated in helping us maintain the quality of our services.

Safety is our top priority. Due to the rocky nature of our surf spot, we typically don’t offer surf equipment rentals without a lesson. This approach allows our experienced instructors to assess your surf level and provide crucial guidance tailored to our specific conditions.

Renting equipment without proper evaluation could pose risks, both to your safety and the integrity of our equipment. Moreover, our choice of tides plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal conditions for lessons. After a few sessions with us, when we can better judge your skills, we may consider equipment rentals during the times of our lessons. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience, aligning with our commitment to excellence in water safety and education. If you’re interested in equipment rental post-lessons, feel free to discuss this option with our team, and we’ll be happy to provide guidance based on your progress.
